Each Young Explorers class is limited to 15 students and is supported with a teacher, classroom aide and programming by professional services staff.

The Young Explorers day is filled with a variety of activities, including independent reading time.

Students learn about helping others and community service. During Red Nose Day they learned about poverty.

Young Explorers celebrate graduation to kindergarten with an end-of-the-year ceremony.

Introduction

Westmoor School, 2500 Cherry Lane, Northbrook,
and serves all families within District 28 boundaries.

The program serves special needs students, at-risk students and typically developing students in a blended classroom model.
