Meadowbrook Gym Nears Completion
During his Superintendent's Report at the March 10 District 28 Board of Education meeting, Dr. Pearson shared an update on the district's $94.9 million Build 28 initiative, made possible by the community's support last spring.
Construction is nearing completion on the new Meadowbrook gymnasium. This week, crews are installing the gym floor. It is anticipated that students and staff will be able to start using the new gym shortly after spring break. Click here to check out the latest time-lapse video! Meanwhile, construction on the new Meadowbrook School, which will seamlessly attach to the new gym, is anticipated to begin in mid to late April.
