Community organizations, upon approval of an application, may use the school facilities during non-school hours subject to Board Policy.  Student groups, school-related organizations, government agencies, and non-profit organizations (such as the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts) are granted the use of facilities at no cost during regularly staffed hours.
