If a student moves out of District 28, the office must be notified. All school texts, library books, and devices must be returned.  A “Release of Information” form must be filled out by a parent/guardian so that the student’s records may be sent to his/her new school.  Parents are asked to please call the principal at least two to three weeks before leaving.
