Parent-Teacher Conferences

Fall 2025 Elementary Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held in October. Families will be able to schedule conferences online beginning Tuesday, September 30 at 7:00 p.m. The scheduling window will close on Monday, October 13 at 7:00 p.m.

Conference Dates & Times

Wednesday, October 15 (K–5 & Young Explorers)
• 4:30–6:30 p.m. In-Person
• 6:30–7:30 p.m. Zoom

Thursday, October 16 (K–5)
• 1:00–3:00 p.m. Zoom
• 3:00–8:00 p.m. In-Person

Thursday, October 16 (Young Explorers)
• 12:30–2:30 p.m. Zoom
• 2:30–7:30 p.m. In-Person

Key Reminders

• If your family is traveling over the conference days, please schedule a Zoom or phone call conference.
• Teachers are not able to accommodate conferences on alternate days. In cases of extenuating circumstances, families may reach out to the building principal.
• More detailed instructions with login information will be sent on Thursday, September 25. 

Scheduling Conferences

• Visit Pick-A-Time. 
• Each student has an individual login and password. Use your child's student ID number and password to schedule your conferences. Select your conference time based on the in-person and virtual scheduling blocks. Your login information is: 
  • Student's name: First Name, Last Name 
  • Student's ID #
  • Password 

Please note that parents who have scheduled conferences using this system may already have an account.

If you need to schedule with more than one teacher, please keep in mind that some blocks are in-person and others are virtual.

Conference Helpline

If you do not have internet access at home, you may go to your child's school and use a computer to register. If you have issues accessing the site, please contact your building's administrative assistant during school hours.
