The Student Services Department in District 28 strives to implement a strong network of services in order to allow each student to reach his or her greatest potential. District 28 is committed to educational excellence and continuous achievement for all learners. We recognize the importance of providing a quality educational experience to all children, including those with high ability, special needs, or those learning English as a second language.
