Strategic Portraits

Each portrait represents a core member of the Northbrook District 28 community. The district will focus its strategic goals to realize the Portrait of a Learner and the knowledge, skills, and mindsets that Northbrook District 28 students need to thrive in life and career. The Portrait of a Learner also guides adult actions and decisions and aligns leadership, management, teaching and learning and resource allocations of the organization.
