What should my child do to be prepared for Summer School each day?
If the weather permits, your child may be going outside, so it is helpful to apply sunscreen at home before arriving. Further, your child should be dressed comfortably and ready to participate in class. For example, if your child is registered for an athletic class, they should be prepared with the proper clothing and shoes.
All students are encouraged to bring a water bottle each day. Consistent with last year, students will not be allowed to eat snacks, so please do not send one. If additional supplies are required, this will be communicated by your child’s teacher(s).
-
If my child is taking more than one class, is there someone there to help him or her get to his or her next class?

The Park District provides bus transportation for students that attend our Summer School program at Westmoor Elementary School after 3rd & 4th periods.
