New NBJH Website

As you all have noticed by now the NBJH website has received a major facelift! The new website has many new features as well! One of the main additions to the site is the new navigation bar, you can now get to almost anything you might need on the website with just one click!If you have any questions or comments please send them along here.

New Wireless Network

We are in the process of installing new wireless base stations around the school. Eventually there will be a base station in almost every room! The new wireless network is identified as meigs28 (all lowercase). Please keep us informed with any wireless issues you are having so we can squash the bugs as quickly as possible. A big thanks to Casey and Gary for getting this off the ground.

Booking system update

As of 3/26/07 when logging into the booking system for the Lab / Carts you will be able to use the same username and password combo that you use for the server! This is great news for all in that more of you usernames and passwords are being unified and will make management of them MUCH easier for all involved. I would like to touch on a few items regarding passwords and authentication.

• Your server username and password is the same one you use to login to your laptop and or desktop computer.
• If you change your server password it will change for the laptop/desktop and the booking system.
• Last but not least, we will be unifying more and more of your usernames / passwords to match the server.
