On behalf of the faculty and staff of Northbrook Junior High School, we’d like to welcome you to our school and to Northbrook School District 28. We are delighted that you have visited our website, and we are glad to have a chance to tell you about our wonderful school.

Here at Northbrook Junior High, we have a 9-period day that ends with a 20-minute homeroom period. Sixth through eighth graders complete a core curriculum in language arts, math, science, social studies, as well as a foreign language (Spanish or French) or a resource support period. Each student participates in an elective program, which may include classes in art, drama, music, industrial arts, technology, or home arts. We also have physical education for all grades, with one quarter each year devoted to health.
