Co-ed Cross country

The Co-ed Cross Country team welcomes all 6th, 7th, & 8th grade NBJH students to participate.  There are no try-outs.  Practices are held after school M- Th from 3:45 to 4:45pm.  Meets are usually scheduled to start by 4pm and end by 6pm.  Distances vary from one school to another, but students are encouraged to run approximately 1.3 miles at most meets.

You Must Have a COMPLETED Physical on file with the nurse in order to participate in practices and meets.
